Terms of Service

BayPass Club is a membership-based service that provides access to discounted ticket inventory for Bay Area attractions. Membership is not required to browse and purchase discounted tickets.

By registering as a member, you agree to receive emails from BayPass Club. This includes transactional messages such as ticket delivery confirmations and order updates, as well as member communications such as newsletters, exclusive offers, and attraction announcements. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, though transactional emails related to your account and orders cannot be opted out of.

• Each membership is personal and non-transferable
• We reserve the right to limit the number of accounts per household
• By becoming a member, you consent to receive ticket delivery emails and other service-related communications
• Marketing and newsletter emails can be unsubscribed from at any time

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for membership fees and ticket purchases.

• Membership fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Prices are displayed in US Dollars and include all applicable fees
• No hidden booking fees are added at checkout
• Failed payments may result in service interruption until resolved
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing members

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• Membership fees already paid are non-refundable (except where required by law)
• Outstanding ticket orders will continue to be processed normally
• You may reactivate your membership at any time

When you place a ticket order through BayPass Club:

• Tickets are sourced through our distribution partners and vendors
• Delivery timing varies by attraction; most tickets are delivered 1-2 days before your visit
• Tickets are delivered digitally via email
• You are responsible for providing accurate visitor information and selecting the correct date
• Ticket availability is subject to change without notice
• Quantity limits may apply to certain high-demand offers

You are only charged after your tickets have been issued and delivered to your email. Once your order is confirmed, we process it and send your tickets as soon as they are issued by our distribution partner. You can track real-time order status in your BayPass account.

• If we cannot deliver your ticket for the selected date and time, you receive an automatic full refund
• You are never charged without tickets in hand
• Order status is visible in real time from your account

If a BayPass-delivered ticket does not work at the attraction entry during your selected date/time window, we will either reissue a valid ticket or reimburse verified gate purchase costs. This guarantee does not cover:

• Late arrival or missed entry windows
• Selecting the wrong date or no-shows
• Denial of entry due to venue rules or policy changes
• Issues caused by altered or redistributed tickets
• Venue closures, capacity limits, or other circumstances outside our control

You can cancel your order any time before your tickets are issued and delivered, and you will not be charged. Once tickets have been issued and delivered, they are typically non-refundable.

• Orders may be cancelled at no cost before tickets are issued and delivered
• Once delivered, tickets are non-refundable
• If you believe there is a legitimate issue outside your control, contact support and we will review your case
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed to your original payment method

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit tickets purchased through BayPass Club
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent quantity limits
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BayPass Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BayPass Club in the 12 months preceding the claim.

BayPass Club is an independent service and is not responsible for the policies, actions, or failures of third-party attractions, venues, or ticket vendors. We make no guarantees about attraction availability, hours, or experience quality.
